Widgets help add extra features to any website in its respective location. In Articlewave, you can add widgets to seven different areas. Let’s get to know what they are!
Widget Area: Right Sidebar
This widget is displayed adjacent to the front-page posts on the right side. It spans across the height of full frontpage posts sections.
Widget Area: Left Sidebar
This widget is displayed on the left side of your front-page section. The right sidebar and left sidebar will also span across the full front-page section.
Note: To allow sidebar widgets on your WordPress website, you’ll have to choose the appropriate layout for that page. The layout customization is available in General Settings – Sidebar Layout Customizers.
Widget Area: Footer Columns 1, 2, 3 and 4
These widget areas are collectively displayed in separated columns in the Main Area Footer, just above the Bottom Area Footer. According to the layout of your choice, you can add up to four different widgets in your footer area.
Widget Area: Header Sidebar Toggle
Just as the name implies, this widget when enabled from the hamburger icon in the header area, displays sticky content blocks at the left overlapping the FrontPage section.
