News Portal theme comes with a unique feature that lets you add 404 error page in your site. To configure the 404 error page follow the method given below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this theme News Portal Pro 404, Error Page<\/strong> has two different layouts like Default Layout<\/strong> and Extra Layout<\/strong>. In Default layout<\/strong> page is same as free and in Extra Layout<\/strong>, all elements of the page are editable which is control from Customizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Settings >> 404 Page Settings.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Select the page layout from Page Layout<\/strong> drop-down option as you like.<\/li>
  • If you select Extra Layout<\/strong> then all additional field will appear.<\/li>
  • After that Click on Select Image<\/strong> button to upload page image under 404 Image<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Enter page headline at text area field which supports plain text or HTML under Page Headline<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Enter page content at text area field which supports plain text or HTML under Page Content<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Add text for button under Page Button<\/strong> text field.<\/li>
  • Also, add URL for button under Page Button Link<\/strong> URL field.<\/li>
  • Choose Show\/Hide option about latest posts section at 404 Page under Latest Post Option<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Then, Click on Save & Publish<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
