The Main Area Header<\/strong> is a header section in the Newsfeed<\/strong> theme where you can place vital navigational menus along with a Site Mode Switcher<\/strong>, Search Icon<\/strong>, Sticky Sidebar Enabler, <\/strong>and a Custom Button.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to access Main Area Header<\/strong> settings, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Open your WordPress<\/strong> dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Customizer.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Navigate to Header Settings >> Main Area Header <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Under General <\/strong>Tab, there are 4 toggle options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    1. Enable Header Sticky: <\/strong>Toggling on this option will lock the Main Area Header at the top of the page even when you scroll the page to some depth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enable Site Mode Switcher: <\/strong>Toggling on this option will enable a Mode Switcher toggle icon in the Main Area Header, <\/strong>enabling users <\/strong>to switch modes on the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enable Search Icon: <\/strong>Toggling on this option will enable a search icon in the Main Area Header.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enable Sticky Sidebar Toggle: <\/strong>You can toggle on this option if you want to display the Sticky Sidebar<\/strong> Enabler, <\/strong>which is a \"\"hamburger icon. Users can click on this hamburger icon to view the sticky sidebar.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note: If you have enabled the sticky sidebar<\/strong>, you must click on the Manage Sidebar from Here<\/strong> button and you will be redirected to the Sidebar Widget<\/strong> option, where you can add or remove any widgets as per your preference.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Under the General Tab<\/strong>, there\u2019s also a CUSTOM BUTTON <\/strong>section, where you can make necessary amendments for a custom button by adding a custom button label<\/strong> and a custom button link.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Under the Design Tab,<\/strong> there\u2019s a Sticky Header<\/strong> toggle to enable or disable Sticky Header<\/strong>. You can also select the layout for your main area header.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
