How to Setup Animation and Custom Design?

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Settings >> Animation/Custom.
Enable/Disable the button to display Animation for whole site
Write css code inside custom css box as per required design edits.
Finally, click on the Publish button to save the changes.
