Editing the footer section is the same as editing the header section.

To customize your footer section,
- Go to your Dashboard and head to Appearance > Editor.
- Then Go to Patterns section and look for Template parts sub heading in the option
- Navigate to the footer option, as shown in the image below.
- After that, select each of the elements of the footer to customize as per your preferences.
- Save your changes after you are done with them.
