How to Change Font Color, Background Color and Image in Footer?

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Footer Settings>>Extra Option.
Select Footer Background Color from the color picker.
Again, select Footer Fonts Color from the given color picker.
Click on select image to upload or select footer background image from the media library.
Finally, click on Save & Publish button.
