Add the Editorial: Default Tabbed widgets at the header or sidebar as you wish.
In this widget there are 3 different tab section where 1st was popular posts, 2nd was the latest posts and 3rd one is the list of latest comments. All tabs are fixed sequentially.
If you want to change the tab title then you can do it from tab title text fields.
If you want to change the number of posts on each tab then you can do it from the Number of Posts fields.
