There’s yet another alternative to get started with the News Express theme. If you can’t seem to install the News Express theme from previous methods for a variety of reasons, File Transfer Protocol is at your rescue.
- First, download a copy of the News Express theme from WordPress official website or mystery themes site.
- Connect the FTP server using the FTP details and copy the extracted folder to r ‘your-site-name/wp-content/themes’ path.
- Head to the WordPress dashboard. Navigate to WordPress >> Themes.
- News Express theme now appears in the theme list.
- Activate the News Express theme to get started.
