The Container Width setting allows you to set the total width of the main container that wraps the entire site content within it.
In order to configure Container Width settings,
- Open your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Customize from the sidebar of wordpress admin page.
- Then, navigate to General Settings → Site Style.
- There are two container width sliders under layout options. Boxed Container Width and Main Container Width section, slide the values in pixels to left or right to change the values for width of the given container.
The default value for Main Container Width is 1320px and Boxed Container Width is 1290px.
