404 Error Page Settings in StoreFlex

The 404 Error Page is the typical page that appears when your site doesn’t contain the pages the user is visiting. This may be because there is no page on your site or due to some technical problems. Either way, people will visit your error more often than you realize. Therefore, it is very important to customize the 404 page.

To customize 404 Error Page in your StoreFlex site,

  • Go to your WordPress site’s dashboard.
  • Then navigate to Appearance > Customize and go to Inner pages Settings
  • Go to Post Settings and then to the 404 Page Settings
  • There are two different toggling options for your 404 page.
  • If you want to enable the search box, toggle on the Enable Search Box toggling option.
  • And if you want to enable the homepage button, then click on the Enable Homepage button below the search box button.
  • Check if the changes have been made or not through the live preview.
  • Save your changes by clicking on the Publish button.
