- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Add the Editorial: Block Layout widgets at the header or sidebar as you wish.
- Enter the block title in the text field.
- Select the required categories from dropdown fields.
- Tick the checkbox for display posts from sub-categories.
- Choose the number of post counts to display the post.
- Set the excerpt length for the first post.
- Click on Save button.
