Installation Via WordPress Dashboard

Buy Owner Pro Theme and save the downloaded theme zip file on your hard drive.

Owner Pro comes bundled with theme zip file, documentation Zip file which you must unzip.

Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance > Themes > Add New

Click on Upload Theme button at the top and browse the owner-pro.zip file from the extracted/unzipped zip in your computer.

Click on Install button

Once installed Activate the theme.

Click on Dashboard >> Appearance >> customize for further setup.
Installation Via FTP/Cpanel

Buy Owner Pro Theme and save the downloaded theme zip file on your hard drive.

Owner Pro comes bundled with theme zip file, documentation Zip file which you must unzip.

Now Connect the FTP server using the FTP details and copy the extracted folder to 'site-name/wp-content/themes/' path.

Now, go to the Dashboard >> Appearance > Themes.

You will see the Owner Pro theme in the theme dashboard.

Activate the Owner Pro theme.

Click on Dashboard >> Appearance >> customize for further setup.
Import Demo Data
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Demo Data.
- Click on Import Demo button and wait few minutes.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Site Identity.
- Click on Select Logo for upload or change site logo from the exsiting logo. ( preferred size for logo is 240x50 ).
- Enter Site Title and Tagline.
- Additional checkbox option about showing site title or not.
- Click on Select Image for upload favicon.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Colors

Choose the color for your site from Theme Color color picker option. From here you can choose unlimited template color for your site.

Then, click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Colors.
- Choose the color for the site title and tagline from Header Text Color color picker option.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Background Image.
- Click on Select Image button.
- Upload or choose an image for website background. Once select image then visible many settings about background image.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
The background image is more suitable while Website is in Boxed Layout.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> PreLoaders.
- Choose show/hide option.
- Select the PreLoaders layout from drop-down option.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings >> Site Layout

Choose available option about website layout from Site Layouts radio option.

Then, click on Save & Publish button.
The theme provides you the option to display a Static Normal page as a front page or Featured home page (which includes featured home sections like 'about us', 'service', 'portfolio' etc.. sections) as a front page or Blog posts on the home page. You may choose any of the available three options as per your need.
Create home page
- Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add new.
- Enter the title of the page.
- Enter the contents of the page in the content area.
- Select Home Page as a page template from Template drop-down option.
- Click on Publish/Update button.
Configure featured home page as a front page
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading
- Inside the Front page, displays set the option to A static page and choose the page you created using Home Page page template from the Front Page drop-down list.
- Once done, Click on Save Changes button.
Configure blogs as a front page
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading
- Inside the Front page, displays set the option to Your latest posts.
- Set the no. of posts to display on your front page in Blog pages show at most option.
- Once done, Click on Save Changes button.
Owner Pro Theme provides you different types of slider where post or custom slide will be managed separately. Also, it will be displayed only in the featured home page.
At this type of slider posts from selective category will be displayed which is same as free version. We have managed the slider button from post content. About button design, you must use class name: slider-btn

- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Slider Settings >> Slider Type.
- Select the From Category option from Available Types drop-down option.
- After this, select the required/suitable category under Slider Category drop-down option.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Slider Settings >> Slider Type.
- Select the From Repeater option from Available Types drop-down option.
- After this, a repeater field name Single Slide will appear under Custom Slider.
- Now open Single Slide and fill up option as you like:
- Click on Select Image to upload or change the slide image.
- Enter the slide title at Slide Title text field.
- Enter the slide title at Slide Info text-area field where HTML will be supported.
- Enter the slide first button text and Url respectively at Button text 1 and Button Url 1.
- Checkbox option about open Url in a new tab.
- And, same steps for the second button.
- Click on Add Slide when you want which is unlimited.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Slider Settings >> Additional Settings.
- Choose the option to show/hide slider section under Slider Option switch option.
- Select the suitable slider layout from Slider Layout drop-down option.
- Select the slider mode from Slide Mode drop-down option.
- Define the slide transition duration (in ms) from Slide Speed number option.
- Define slide time taken between each auto transition duration (in ms) from Slider Pause number option.
- Choose the option to true/false about slider navigation control from Slider Controls switch option.
- Choose the option to true/false about slider navigation pager from Slider Pager switch option.
- Choose the option to true/false about slide auto transition from Slide Auto switch option.
- Then, click on Save & Publish button.
Owner Pro Theme featured home page has been based on widget area so you can use unlimited widgets anyway and any order. So we can't predict about your requirement but we have some ordered section which is shown in demo site.
Service Section
Configure Service Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Grid Items widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Select the suitable category from Section Category drop-down option.
- Follow the Steps to create a new category from here.
- Set the number of service posts to display at the section.
- Enter the read more button text as you wish.
- Choose the suitable layouts from Section Layout radio option.
- Then, Click on Save button.
About Us Section
Configure About Us Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: About Us widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Click on Select Image if you want to use section background image.
- Choose the suitable layouts from Section Layout radio option.
- Checked the check box if you want to display a progress bar in this section.
- Follow the Steps to create progress bar from here.
- Then, Click on Save button.
Portfolio Section
Elements of this section will be managed by two different ways, by using Default category or Portfolio Custom Post Type. Portfolios item by using custom post type have one more option to filter items.
Follow the step to create a new category from here.
Create categories at Portfolio Custom Post Type
- Go to Dashboard >> Portfolios >> Portfolio Category.
- Enter the name for the category under Name field.
- Enter the custom slug if you needed under Slug field.
- Select the available category if you want to make current category as a child.
- Enter the description about creating a category.
- Then, Click on Add new Portfolio Category button
Create Portfolio Posts
- Go to Dashboard >> Portfolios >> Add New.
- Enter the title for the portfolio item post.
- Enter the contents of the portfolio item post in the content area.
- Choose the Portfolio category under the Portfolio Category option.
- Set the featured image for the portfolio post.
- Then, Click on Publish/Update button.

Configure Call To Action Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Call To Action widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Click on Select Image button if you want to use section background image.
- Enter the suitable content for call to action under Section Content text area.
- Enter the button text under Section Button Text.
- Enter the button Url under Section Button Url.
- Then, Click on Save button.
Team Section
Create Team Member
- Go to Dashboard >> Team Member >> Add New.
- Enter the title for the team member post.
- Enter the contents of the team member post in the content area.
- Now additional meta for team member post inside Team Member Info.
- Enter the member position at Member's position text field.
- Add social media icon for team member under Member's Social Media where icon name, font awesome icon class and social media account Url fields.
- Click on Add Social Icon button for adding new Social Icon section.
- Set the featured image for the team member post.
- Then, Click on Publish/Update button.
Configure Team Section
Static Counter Section
Create Static Counter
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional Settings >> Static Counter.
- Click on the arrow beside Single Counter to open the section.
- Inside wrapper, there were several fields about the single counter.
- Enter the counter title under Counter Title text field.
- Enter the counter stat or number under Counter Number number field.
- Choose the suitable font awesome icon from available option under Counter Icon.
- If you want to delete counter click on Delete link below font awesome icon.
- Click on Add Counter button if you want to add a more static counter, but 5 counter will be more suitable in front page section.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
Configure Static Counter
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Static Counter widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Click on Select Image if you want to use section background image.
- Choose a layout from available option under Section Layout.
- Then, Click on Save button.
Pricing Table Section
Create Pricing Table Post
- Go to Dashboard >> Price Table >> Add New.
- Enter the title for the pricing table post.
- Enter the contents of the pricing table post in the content area.
- Now, some option for pricing table post at Pricing Table Meta.
- Checkbox for featured option, if you want this post is featured checked on the box.
- You can change the price currency from Table Currency field.
- Add table price from Table Price field.
- Add table duration from Table Duration field ( like: per month, per year etc... ).
- Add button text for the table from Table Button Text field.
- Add button URL for the table from Table Button Url field.
- Add pricing table features title from Featured Title inside Table Features area.
- You can add unlimited features for a single table by click Add Feature button. Also, you can delete each featured title by clicking Delete button, which you want.
- Then, Click on Publish/Update button.
Configure Pricing Table Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Pricing Tables widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Select the suitable number of table post to display at the section under No.of Table Count drop-down option.
- Select the suitable option about table order under Tables Order drop-down option.
- Choose the suitable layout from Section Layout radio buttons.
- Then, Click on Save button.
Testimonials Section
Create Post for Testimonials
- Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add New.
- Enter the title for the testimonials post.
- Enter the content for the testimonials post.
- Follow the steps to create a new category from here.
- Select the Testimonial category under the Categories option.
- Set the featured image for the testimonial post as author image.
- Enter the author's designation at image caption while choosing featured image for the post.
- Then, Click on Publish/Update button.
Configure Testimonials Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Testimonials widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Click on Select Image button if you want to use background image at this section.
- Select the suitable category from Section Category drop-down option.
- Set the options for testimonials slider from different check boxes.
- Choose the suitable layout from available layout under Section Layout.
- Then, Click on Save button.
Latest Blog Section
Create Post for Blog
- Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add New.
- Enter the title for the blog post.
- Enter the content for the blog post.
- Follow the steps to create a new category from here.
- Select the suitable category under the Categories option.
- Set the featured image for the blog post
- Then, Click on Publish/Update button.
Configure Latest Blog Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Latest Blog widget on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Choose suitable categories from multiple checboxes under Section Categories.
- Set the number of posts to count.
- Enter the read more button text.
- Choose the suitable layout for the section under Section Layout.
- Then, Click on Save button.
Sponsor Section
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional Settings >> Our Sponsors.
- Click on Single Sponsor tab.
- After that, Enter the title under Sponsor Title text field.
- Click on Select Image to upload sponsor logo/image.
- Enter the Url under Sponsor Link Url field.
- Click on Delete link to removed individual sponsor data.
- Click on Add Sponsor button to adding new Sponsor.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets.
- Select/Drag the Owner: Sponsors on Home Page Widget Area section.
- Enter the section title and section description.
- Choose the suitable layout for the section under Section Layout.
- Checkbox for open URL in new tab.
- Checkbox for link relation like (nofollow or blank).
- Then, Click on Save button.
In this section, we have an archive, page, and single post page settings.
Archive Settings
Settings are effected on the archive, categories, search pages.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Settings >> Archive Settings.

Choose the suitable sidebar layout from available options under Archive Sidebars.

Choose the suitable archive page layout from Archive layout radio button options.

Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
Post Settings
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Settings >> Post Settings.
- Choose the suitable sidebar layout from available options under Post Sidebars.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
PageSettings
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Design Settings >> Page Settings.
- Choose the suitable sidebar layout from available options under Page Sidebars.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
- Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Typography.
- Here is a section for Paragraph, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6. All section have same options to configure.
- Options are:
- Set the Font Family, Font Weight/ Style, Text Transform, Text Decoration, Font Size, Line Height and Font Color.
- Then, Click on Save & Publish button.
Creating New Category
- Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Categories
- Enter Category name at Name field.
- Enter the category slug if you need different from category name, but leave it as blank.
- Select the existing category from drop-down if you want to make child category, otherwise, leave it as None.
- Enter the category description if you needed.
- Click on Add New Category button.
Creating New Post
- Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add New
- Enter the post title and add the post content in the editor area.
- Choose the categories from lists and enter tags as you like.
- Choose the sidebar option from available lists which is more priority than customizer option.
- Select the featured image for the post.
- Click on Publish button.
Creating New Page
- Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New
- Enter the page title and add the page content in the editor area.
- Choose the existing page if you want to create a child page, other wise leave it.
- Choose the available page template if you want.
- Choose the sidebar from available options.
- No need to add featured image for the page.
- Click on Publish button.
